Our legal fees cover any work carried out on your behalf for selling or buying a property, from receipt of initial instructions through to completion. Disbursements are items which we have to pay for on your behalf to conduct the conveyancing process properly.
Our fees are based on your property price, and we will consider working on a fixed fee basis.
