Cornish & Co was established in 1975 as a general legal practice. In 1977 Peter Bosher joined to create a conveyancing services practice. He became a partner in 1978. Since 1978 the success of its Conveyancing Department has meant that the firm has evolved from general matters to specialising solely in property and property related areas.
Cornish LLP now has experience in providing conveyancing services for over 30 years, both to the local area and throughout England and Wales. Over this time, we have expanded considerably and helped thousands of people to buy, sell, or re-finance their property as well as acting for major lenders. We are now a full service residential conveyancing firm.

All our new clients receive a Client Care letter, which advises them of our terms of business, in accordance with the Law Society's requirements. We seek to build permanent relationships with the clients whom we advise and for whom we act.
